The Huemn philosophy is to apply a complex systems approach to the recovery process, by ensuring that our modalities and therapeutic interventions work with your body’s systems, rather than against them. In doing this, we can get to the root of suboptimal health while preserving the integrity of the rest of your body.
Recovery is a lifelong necessity, because it promotes optimal health outcomes. We do this by taking steps to support the body by creating resilience on a cellular level. No one cares more about your health than you do; therefore, we must educate and empower ourselves to create optimal health.
OUR PROCESS
Although our services provide immediate relief and noticeable effects, we are more interested in the long term, sustained benefits of recovery. Our process has four steps:
1: Unbalanced or Injured
Once the issue is identified, we seek to balance the system and get the body back to homeostasis as soon a possible.
2: Balanced / Homeostasis
We remove the toxins and reduce inflammation, all in order to create a healing environment inside of the body.
3: Optimized
We promote the growth of new healthy cells, creating an environment for mitochondrial biogenesis to occur. This process enhances cellular health.
4: Enhanced
After the full system is operating properly, we look to enhance it by adding the tools needed to enhance the human experience.
