How do I book a hyperbaric session at Huemn Heights?
Book online at behuemn.com/book-now or call us at 832-979-5618. Our Heights studio is at 600 N. Shepherd Drive, Building #1, Suite 160, right by the M-K-T trails.
How long is a session and what should I wear?
Hyperbaric oxygen sessions are 60 or 90 minutes. Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing, ideally cotton. We're open Monday to Friday 8am to 7pm and Saturday and Sunday 10am to 5pm, so you can fit a session around work or the weekend. We'll explain which items can't go into the chamber before your first session.
Who should not do hyperbaric oxygen therapy?
HBOT isn't right for everyone. Certain lung conditions, ear or sinus problems, some medications, and pregnancy are examples of things our team needs to review first. We always go over your health history before your first session, and we'll tell you honestly if HBOT isn't a good fit for you.
Do you take insurance?
We accept select insurance plans for IV therapy and hyperbaric oxygen therapy when you have qualifying symptoms. Coverage depends on your plan, so visit our IV therapy or hyperbaric oxygen therapy page to get started, and our team will help verify your benefits before your visit.
Is parking available?
Yes. Parking is in front of the studio. Look for the first building south of the M-K-T trails, next to the courtyard and Shampu.

We recommend starting with a free consultation, especially if it's your first time at Huemn. It gives our team a chance to understand your goals and health history so we can point you to the services that make sense for you.
